Knights of Saint Andrew
The Alexandria Valley Knights of Saint Andrew is an organization of dedicated 32° Scottish Rite Masons who serve the Valley, improve the camaraderie among the Brethren, and establish an esprit de corps that will enhance the experience of Scottish Rite Masons in our area.
In addition to assisting the Personal Representative, General Secretary, and Director of Work, the Knights' duties include presenting the Colors, serving as an honor guard on appropriate occasions, and escorting dignitaries and special guests during Reunions and Valley functions.
The KSA’s organize and promote gatherings in the community to foster deeper friendships and esprit-de-corps outside of the regular Valley meetings and work.
The KSA clan also offers a social gathering forum following monthly Valley meetings, monthly meals outside the Temple, and fun outings involving the expected Masonic bread breaking along with enjoying beverages of choice which are usually open to family and friends.

Volunteer Event - Wreaths Out on Jan 20, 2023
Please come out and support the Wreaths Across America "Wreaths Out" effort at Arlington National Cemetery Saturday, 20 January.
MEET: At Brother President William Howard Taft's grave site (see map link)
DAY: Saturday 20 January
TIME: 7:45 - 8 a.m.
PARKING: None. There is virtually no parking available. I recommend taking the Metro transportation or get dropped off and picked up.

This is the first time with Wreaths Out. Once we get there and assembled, we'll find a jump in point and start picking up wreaths and dropping them where we're told.

Recommend we wear our Masonic apparel (any appendate body); hats, jackets, t-shirts, whatever the weather will allow. We should also get a group pic to submit to the Herald and possible use in our respective trestleboards.
